Inspired by nature and armed with a wealth of reference materials Luc and Paula have certainly en-joyed creating all kinds of carvings in the past 12 years. Although they specialize in Eastern shorebirds, they also carve a complete line of sea birds, ducks, game birds, and just recently new to their collection, owls.

With steadfast dedication and a desire to continually evolve they believe they have succeeded in creat-ing a beautiful collection of wooden carvings for you to enjoy, each piece being enhanced by Luc and Paula’s own unique flair.

Their works are almost exclusively carved from “recycled” lumber. Spruce cutoffs from a local mill are
hand selected, dried, and laminated together to form the base blocks. Luc then beautifully sculpts each one with a variety of power tools and Paula adds the finishing details with carefully mixed layers of acrylic paints.

Ultimately you can have confidence knowing each one of their carvings is a hand made original, touched many times by the hands of the artisans.
