Our works are almost exclusively carved from “recycled” lumber. Spruce cut-offs from a local mill are hand selected, dried and laminated together to form the base blocks of wood for the carvings.

Each piece is hand carved using a variety of power tools by Luc. Paula then hand paints each piece with carefully selected layers of acrylic paints.  The carvings are then finished with a coat of matte lacquer to help protect your sculpture for years to come.

Through the years we have worked to create a line of bird carvings that will reveal our own unique style. Although we appreciate and admire those “crazy” carvers who painstakingly reproduce every detail with almost 100% accuracy we have created a style with semi-realistic qualities without sacrificing the “essence” of the bird. 

Product Care

We recommend our pieces be kept inside away from direct sunlight, heat sources and high humidity. To clean the carving just wipe with a damp, soft cloth.
